This thread is dedicated to the commical idea of songs so innapropriate for a game it comletely shatters the atmosphere. I had a few but for the life of me I can't remeber them. However, what made me want to start this was on a bus ride I thought about how funny it would be to use the Nervous norvis song Transfusion while fighting a vampire.

Oh I'll have fun with this thread:
Ahem...In Castle Ravenloft, "Hot hot hot" paints a rather bad picture of Strahd in a congo line in his bermuda shorts with the Sheriff behind him.
Also the 80s song "Watch out here I come," whenever Strahd makes an appearence.
The Benny Hill theme song in any given fight our group takes part in.
More to come.

I used the song "You Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer as my friend Brent's personal theme song in a game because he described his character's appearance in a way that sounded like he wore parachute pants.

Given the nature of the monsters in Ravenloft how about playing Monster Mash during a fight.

Well there was I Shot the Sheriff that got brought up far too many times. Also I Want Out was brought up to the point where it was no longer funny.

Also I Want Out was brought up to the point where it was no longer funny. I'll second that. The song itself didn't usually get played, but "It's Raining Men" has become quite the inside joke. And this isn't quite a game-breaker, but I've noticed that during Star Wars, the Cantina Band songs (and the Ewok celebration theme, for that matter) have an uncanny ability to come up at the most climactic moments, kind of diffusing the moment.
