where are the rules for adding HD to monsters and animals? Well in any of the monster manuals there is a section called "advancement" or something like that that tells you what to do if you increase the monster. Also Savage Species also explains it but it can be confusing.

Here are some notes on the other party consisting of Vorgoth - Furlac's son, Iamel - Vandroy's son, Beryx - grandson to Vlad Tepes, and Aife - A highly skilled female sorcerer.
Seeing as how you guys fought Droth back in the modern era, you would know about these guys and even fought alongside them before. So their class and what not wouldn't be a surprise.
Vorgoth: He is the son of Furlac and a very courageous man. Ever since his successful battle with Satan's son at the Battle of Blood, very little frightens him now. He is a straight fighter who took on his accursed form when he drank the blood of Satan's son. He has the half fiend template now; slightly altered though.
Iamel: He is the son of Vandroy and is a very nimble monk. He took on literally hundreds of demons at the Battle of Blood by himself, and took on his accursed form also through the blood of the damned. He also has an altered version of the half-fiend, and is straight monk.
Beryx: A very interesting individual, Beryx amazes all he meets. Born a vampire under the "Count Dracula" regime, he lived a life of royalty. He was recruited to Vorgoth's and Iamel's party by Vandroy himself and is become a very accomplished "tank." He is over a thousand years old and has mastered his vampire powers since over that time. He is a 15th level fighter, but challenge rating 20. The biggest oddity about Beryx is that he is believed by many to be bisexual. He constantly flirts with Aife, but still acts, shall we say intresting around men. He enjoys making people feel uncomfortable, and in fact, when he ran into Loki in the modern era while Loki was training Furlac, the two got along very very well, and Beryx learned many of his tricks and musings from the master himself. Despite being a vampire, Beryx is Neutral and NOT evil. He tends to use harvested blood to feed his craving rather than finding human victims. Finally, it is known that Beryx can move in the sunlight without it affecting his vampire powers; though he still prefers the night.
Aife: She was a female sorcerer that Vandroy saw promise in back in the modern era and recruited her to his son's group. She is a straight 20th level sorcerer with no templates or prestige classes. She has a very big heart for people in trouble, enslaved, or hurt, and will easily give her life to save another if she feels it necessary. She is constantly having to put up with Beryx and often finds herself wasting fireballs, lighting bolts, and the life on him. Had she been a cleric, she would be critical healing him left and right.
Sorry for all the story and what not. I know it's a lot to take in probably, but I don't want anything a surprise that shouldn't be.

I wanted to add that Vorgoth's weapon is a +5 Holy, Everdancing Greatsword that can change in size up to a Huge Greatsword. Vorgoth can fully use the weapon with no penalties despite what size the weapon is. This is mainly because it is Everdancing, and he needs not hold it to use it ever.

Where would you like to head to in the epic game plane-wise? I may not be able to do it right after Hell, but I'll fit it in somewhere/somehow.

I wanted to add one more note. I want to have everyone use 3.0 rules for this game and not 3.5, because its just causing a lot of issues for me and other players I've talked to. Not trying to get anyone mad or cause problems, but I'm not familiar with 3.5 as aren't some other players as much as we are 3.0 so it would be easier on me to just use 3.0 rather than trying to balance the two; especially in an epic level game.
However, certain books I'll allow like the Book of Exalted Deeds, because I need that book and it's only in 3.5.
Sorry for messing up characters after the game has started, but it's just caused some uneasiness that will only get worse as things go on unchecked.

I have all three 3.0 core books if anybody needs to borrow some, though my Monster Manual is... somewhat less than mint condition.

Due to the mass amounts of nuts that have taken over my basement lately, Billy was gracious enough to let us play at his house tomorrow for my game.
