Just got done statting my crew. Thought I'd post them just because I can. So I now have layed the foundation for creating my own orginization 'm calling Jowkkata which translates to space scoundrel.

Now to justify my skills and classes I chose for my crew. Noble seemed to make sense for the Twi'leks since I figured the male was probably used as a door man at one point or another. Noble would give him the needed skills to deal with people. The other skills such as forgery could have been used for a possible escape. The female Twi'lek as a noble works as well since they are well liked in the galaxy. As a dancer this allows here not only dance well but allows here to use skills to potentially pry information out of people as she's dancing. As for the human he's not too good at crafting so I'm going ot teach him to become a slicer as well.
