Inspired by the Favorite Movie thread, who's your current favorite actor (or actress)?
I'm going to go with Johnny Depp I think, just because of his amazing versatility. I almost don't recognize him from one movie to the next, and he's been in so many good movies that I've seen, like Edward Scissorhands, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, The Astronaut's Wife, Pirates of the Caribbean, and some others I can't think of right now.

Not my top favorite but definately a favorite is Wayne Knight. I just enjoy his angry behavior in Sienfeld as much as his more calm but still funny behavior in 3rd Rock.

If you ever watch the cartoon Xiaolin Showdown (4:00 p.m. Central on the WB), Wayne Knight is also the dragon Dojo on there. And he's great.

Another great character actor out there that I currently enjoy watching is Gary Oldman. He's different in every movie and I totally believe he's that character while he is. Well done sir

For now I'm going to go with Orlando Bloom since any action movie with him in it has failed to dissapoint me. Actually the same could be said for Sean Bean and he's going to be in the Silent Hill movie.

Actually the same could be said for Sean Bean and he's going to be in the Silent Hill movie. So as you've said before, Mr. bean will be in Silent Hill. Now that's funny if you know Silent Hill's atmosphere.

Now favorite actress is really very tough. Honestly I think i'll pick Madeline Stowe right now. Very talented actress and especially when it comes to playing sad. Not to mention she's very beatiful.

It's hard to pick a favorite actress based on acting ability rather than looks. Choosing by looks is easy I know Meryl Streep is a tremendous actress and widely considered one of the best alive today, but she really doesn't make any of the kinds of movies I like to watch. I really can't make up my mind, so I'm gonna have to pick a favorite actress later.

Go Boromir! I mean Sean Bean. I can't wait till Silent Hill. The guy is awesome and if i've heard right he won't be the bad guy this time! Hopefully he won't die this time either

Yeah, his movie survivability rate isn't very good... the only movie I've seen that he lived through was National Treasure.
