This thread is for pointing out other roles that an actor/actress has done besides where they're known from that you think are cool.
For example, I recently learned that Kurtwood Smith, better known as Red Forman on That 70's Show, plays the President of the Federation in Star Trek VI: the Undiscovered Country.

I'm still in disbelief that Dr. House (from the Fox medical drama House) is played by Hugh Laurie, whom I knew best as Prince George from Blackadder:

Christopher Judge has done voice acting as well. In X-Men Evolution he was Magneto and in the He-Man cartoon that came out in 2002 he did a voice in that as well.

This isn't quite the same thing, but I find it pretty amazing. Ian McDarmid, who plays Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars, went to drama school with Denis Lawson, who plays Wedge Antilles in the original trilogy. Incidentally, Denis Lawson is the uncle of Ewan McGregor, who plays Obi-Wan in the new trilogy.
Even more astonishing, Lawson is only three years younger than McDarmid. And most amazing of all, Ian McDarmid's birthday is on August 11.
I share a birthday with the Emperor. ;D ;D ;D

In the old Super Mario Bros. Super Show, Mario was played by Lou Albano, a former WWF wrestler.

Bruce Lee is in that old show The Green Hornet. Oddly enough I've watched that show when I was younger and I've been watching since they put it back on but I didn't find this out until yesterday.

Dwight Shultz who was Murdock on The A-Team has done a lot of crap I didn't know about and only recently learned. One night while up late it hit me he was in an episode of Stargate SG-1 and that he's been in Star Trek The Next Generation. He's also done a lot of voice acting for games such as Tenchu 2, The Bard's Tale, X-Men Legends 2, and Baldur's Gate (PS2).
