so....i saw this movie a couple days ago. Its very good. it takes place mostly in Britain after the fall of the Roman Empire, but it jumps into Ireland a little bit. Reading the plot synopsis makes you think its gonna be some super mushy love story, but its done extremely well and has VERY good fight scenes. You should all go see it

Is it in theaters, or did you rent it or see it on TV or what? I'm somewhat familiar with the story, but I've not heard of this movie.

I heard of it, but didn't think it would be that good. However, Rude says otherwise so I'd be willing to at least watch a rented version.

I'm not willing to pay the 6 bucks for the cost of the theater but it looks ok. There's a great cd I'm dying to get and the lyrics for all the songs are based on this story so it can't be all bad. Of course I could always go watch Kingdom of Heaven and see cool fights and avoid the love story altogether.

I would rather they did get into more what was going on in Ireland at the time. Lots of big changes happend there in that time.

Ahs yes Kingdom of Heaven, thats a pretty good movie. Makes me wonder what an FFTactics movie would be like, if only were it done right it could be one of the best. And Certainly no love story at all in there. Unless you count to love between a brother and sister. (who are of blood.)

That kind of love was ok cuz there was no smooching involved.

Of Course. Can you imagine how much FFT would of suffered if they threw in the whole love story thing? I think the lack of the love story, is part of the reason why FFT had such a successful and great plot.
