I just felt that this awsome fantasy game deserved its own thread. Man I wish I still had all the pieces from my copy.

My cousin still has the game with all its pieces and in perfect condition. I told him to take care of it as it's hard to replace.

I wish I had ANY of my pieces still intact.
Oh and Kain, does your cousin own either of the expansion sets that were put out for the game? One contained new levels and a bunch more undead pieces, the other contained new levels and a bunch more orcs and goblins and such.

Its an expensive game just thankfully not as expensive as any of the Star Wars RPG books or games like Valkyrie Profile.

I'm not sure if he has the expansions. I don't think so though.

Nothing that complicated, unless it was in the expansions (which I don't think it was). Heroquest looked like this:

yah..I think that was it...it had little plastic figures and I bought it to represent characters for ad&d on 3-D landscape maps I built when I used to dm about a decade ago

It was kind of a fun game. They could've called it AD&D for Dummies, since it was basically a D&D style dungeon crawl with an extremely limited item list, spell list, and character choices. I always wanted to be whatever they call the DM in that game... it's been so long that I don't really remember.
