;D Chess encourages polygamy, and polygamy is illegal. That being the case, shouldn't chess be illegal? Think about it. One of the important strategies in chess is getting your pawns promoted by moving them all the way to the far side of the board. While technically I think you can have the pawn become any piece at all (other than a king of course), there is almost no reason you would choose anything but a queen, unless you have a fetish for knights or something. Since you already have a queen (unless you lost the piece already), this now makes your king a polygamist. Since having multiple queens makes it easier to win, chess encourages you toward polygamy. Again, polygamy is illegal. So shouldn't something that encourages you to break the law be illegal as well?
