I found the rules card for the critical hit deck. It was in Alex's Monster Manual, bookmarking the lamia.
Unless otherwise listed, the save DC that is called for by the cards is equal to the confirmation roll of the critical hit (after all modifiers have been applied). Saves only affect additional critical effects, never base weapon damage.
Also, anything that causes bleed damage continues to deal the listed damage at the end of the affected creature's turn, every turn until ended by a magical cure spell or a DC 15 Heal check. Any ability damage done this way is temporary unless stated otherwise.
Furthermore, anything effect that lasts "until healed" refers to the additional damage done or the bleed effect, not the regular damage done by the weapon or spell.
