Does it? I don't pay any attention to the storyline of the Castlevania games. It seems like no matter what anybody does Dracula is always back with mostly the same minions, only his castle is different now or what have you.

the castlevania Joachim is from one of the newer ones which is in the 2000s i think. SH2 was WWII

You mean WW1? Being that it's before the Bolshevik revolution and all, what with Anastasia being alive and so on?
Either way, got your point. I guess he decided to capitalize on the vampire craze and start dressing the part. And he probably got soured on wrestling by some of the crap they shovel out in the modern era.
