We saw this at the Halloween party I went to on Sunday. I had never heard of the comic book series (or the show, for that matter), but we watched it and I thought it was good.
Mind you, I wasn't blown away like some people there were. But I thought it was good. Good enough that I set the next episode to record on my DVR and will watch that when I get a chance.

Yeah same here. What I like about the show is that it isn't ridiculously action packed like the Resident Evil movies are. I feel like it's geared more towards a realistic reaction and after-life if a zombie apocalypse takes place.

Yeah. The way it was explained to me, the point seems to be that there is no "we made it to safety, now the zombie problem is over" like you get at the end of most zombie movies/games/etc. It completely changes society and apparently this show is about how the survivors adapt to that.
And it's definitely anything but action-packed.

Sounds like an interesting idea. The video on that site doesn't work for me.
