Europe is just a pain in the butt to hold...I always go for that one last...I like Asia tho...only need to hold 3 points when you yank Austrailia away...plus it gives you the biggest build bonus, which is always good If you're able to consistently hold Asia against a dedicated assault from the multiple entry points (Alaska, all the European territories bordering it, and Egypt at least) then you're a far better Risk player than I.

Fill up the Middle East, take the Ukraine as a foothold, and either hold off or advance into Alaska after snatching up the rest of the Asian territories

I suppose that depends on whether you believe it works or not. Since I don't, I would classify it as a game.

Oh wow, I remember those two. Can't remember the last time I played either one. Of the two I think I enjoyed Candy Land more, mostly because of the art. Plus I remember as a young kid crying a couple of times when I hit one of the chutes and begging my mom to let me not fall back down, just this once.

See how long you can go before your friends catch you moving the cursor-thingy?
And it is generally found in the board games section when you go to buy it at the store.

Volcano Island, which is not nearly as old as most of the things I list, was also a good game..
It had a nice 3-d terrain model I would sometimes use while playing with my other toys when I was younger
