So I'm always on the search for good D&D music that isn't distracting, and that search led me to Toxic Bag's GM Collection. I finally broke down and spent the money for the four album collection meant to enhance any D&D game at any situation. The first album has modern sounds, but also sounds that can be used for mid-evil games like sewer, cave, rain, fire, etc. The second album has 60 some tracks with sounds of monsters. The third which is probably the most beneficial is called fantasy and has sound effects like swords clanking, arrows flying, battles taking place, graveyard, dungeon, and so much more. The last album is called strange places and has sounds from various places like haunted houses, evil labs, etc. I'll provide the link for the site I got it from if anyone else is interested. It really is worth it in my opinion. toxicbag.com/gmc.htm

They also have a Halloween album I just picked up and a battle album; though the battle album I think I can do without. toxicbag.com/
